Clann Credo, based in Dublin, is Ireland’s largest social finance provider and has been supporting community organisations since 1996. With a mission to empower local groups and create long-term social impact, Clann Credo has invested almost €130 million into more than 1,500 Community & Voluntary projects across Ireland. Their loans have helped fund essential services ranging from transport and childcare to community tourism and eldercare.

As demand for social finance grew, Clann Credo required a modern, accessible and efficient digital platform that would allow community organisations to apply for finance online and access key information about the application process. They also wanted a way to showcase the many success stories achieved through their investments.

Bespoke Web Application & Content Management System

New Media Aid developed a mobile-friendly bespoke website and CMS designed specifically for the needs of a national social finance provider. The CMS enables Clann Credo staff to:
