Mason Infotech required a bespoke, mobile-friendly, responsive web application which would meet the following objectives.
- Mobile-friendly responsive website where customers can place orders and manage their telecom estate
- System must be both secure and scaleable
- Must integrate with their back-end billing system and SalesForce CRM
- All content fully manageable by non-technical staff with a bespoke Content Management System (CMS)
We developed a bespoke web application so Mason Infotech could manage all their customers, products, services and sites and we also developed an integrated mobile-friendly website with a secure back-end admin system.
The bespoke mobile-friendly website and custom-built administration and customer portal web apps have proved very popular with Mason Infotech staff and customers.
